Grab your suspension trainer and a mat for this 20 minute pull and lower body at-home tri-set strength workout. This high rep, non-repeat workout will leave your back and legs feeling strong! Exercises are grouped together in a tri-set during today's workout. We will perform each exercise for 60 seconds (3 minutes of total work time) before taking a 15 second break. Grab your suspension trainer and a mat for this 45 minute full body strength focused workout. No repeats! Today we will be performing trisets. We perform three exercises at a time for 60 seconds each before taking a break. Be sure to listen for the ding and watch the upper left hand corner for the upcoming exercise since there is no transition time between some of the exercises. After each tri-set (or every third exercise) we will take a 30 second break that we should need, if we don't challenge yourself with a more aggressive angle the next time! As an option with most of the exercises today, walk further away from the anchor point to decrease your angle. Set your strap to mid-length to start. At the very end, we will be placing our feet in the cradle. If needed, to modify, mimic the movement on the mat and/or make it a rest/pause set (ie rest when needed, then continue; repeat until time) Skip to 2:30 to bypass intro and begin workout. Grab a mat and dumbbells for this 45 minute full body at-home strength focused workout. For resistance reference, I have a pair of 20lb, 15lb, and 10lb DBs. We will perform four exercises at a time for 60 seconds each before taking a break. Be sure to listen for the ding and watch the upper left hand corner for the upcoming exercise since there is no transition time between some of the exercises. After each giant set (or ever fourth exercise) we will take a 30 second break that our bodies should need. We begin with a bodyweight warm-up before grabbing our DB's. Grab a moderate weight selection for each giant set. This is very a very high volume metabolic workout. If your forearms or wrist start to bother you, there a few lower body exercises where we can lightly place the DBs on on shoulders/traps if needed instead of holding onto them. Grab dumbbells and a bench or sturdy chair for this 30 minute glute & leg at-home drop-set strength workout. Exercises are grouped together in a superset during today's workout. We will perform one exercise with dumbells for 60 seconds. After that exercise, we will immediately drop the weight to BW and continue a variation of that same exercise. Once we make the drop into the second exercise our muscles will be pretty fatigued. When needed, rest, take a few deep breaths, and then continue the exercise. Repeat that method until time. Each exercise is non repeat. For the unilateral supersets, we will hit one side and then the other. The recovery and transition time after each superset is only 15 seconds long, so if needed, take a longer break.
